📦 Ordering Process

  1. Browse Products: Buyers can request our catalog for available categories (textiles, handicrafts, agro, lifestyle).
  2. Select Items & Quantities: Choose fabrics by meter or finished products (scarves, stoles, custom orders).
  3. Quotation & Proforma Invoice: We send product pricing, MOQ, shipping costs, and payment terms.
  4. Advance Payment & Production: Orders begin after confirmation & advance payment.
  5. Inspection & Dispatch: Products undergo quality checks before dispatch.
  6. Shipping & Delivery: Goods shipped via air/sea with tracking shared.

🌍 Incoterms We Offer

  • EXW (Ex-Works) – Buyer picks up from our warehouse.
  • FOB (Free On Board) – Delivery to Indian port, buyer handles freight/insurance.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) – We cover till buyer’s port.
  • DAP (Delivered at Place) – Doorstep delivery.

💳 Payment Terms

  • Advance: 30–50% advance to confirm.
  • Balance: Before dispatch (small orders) / Against documents (bulk).
  • Modes: TT (Bank Transfer), SWIFT, LC (Letter of Credit).

🛡️ Quality & Certifications

  • All shipments undergo pre-dispatch inspection.
  • Certificates provided:
    • Commercial Invoice
    • Packing List
    • Certificate of Origin
    • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
    • Phytosanitary/Fumigation (if required)
