🧾 Orders & Pricing

Q1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the product category. For textiles like Sambalpuri Ikat fabrics, the MOQ is generally 50–100 meters per design. For finished goods like scarves and stoles, MOQ starts at 25–50 pieces per design. We also allow trial/sample orders for first-time buyers so that you can test our quality before placing larger orders.

Q2. How do I get a price quotation?
Simply share the product category, quantity, and delivery location. We will prepare a Proforma Invoice (PI) that includes product cost, packaging, shipping charges, and payment terms. Larger orders and repeat buyers get better pricing.

Q3. Are prices negotiable?
Yes, for bulk orders and long-term partnerships, we offer special pricing. Our goal is to ensure mutual growth, so we work flexibly with our buyers.


🧳 Samples

Q4. Do you provide product samples?
Yes, samples are available. We usually provide 5–10 sample designs (fabric swatches or finished scarves). Buyers only cover the cost of samples and courier charges. If you confirm a bulk order later, the sample cost is adjusted in the invoice.

Q5. How long does it take to receive samples?
Sample dispatch usually takes 5–7 working days within India and 10–15 days for international delivery, depending on courier service.


🚢 Shipping & Logistics

Q6. What shipping options do you provide?

  • Small orders: Air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex).
  • Bulk orders: Sea freight (20ft / 40ft containers).
  • Buyers can also use their own freight forwarder if preferred.

Q7. What are Incoterms and which do you use?
We follow Incoterms 2020. Buyers can choose from:

  • EXW (Ex-Works) – Buyer arranges pickup from our warehouse.
  • FOB (Free On Board) – We deliver to the port, buyer handles freight & insurance.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – We cover till buyer’s port.
  • DAP (Delivered At Place) – Doorstep delivery.

Q8. How do I track my shipment?
Once goods are dispatched, we provide the AWB (Airway Bill) for air shipments or the Bill of Lading (BL) for sea shipments, along with courier/freight forwarder tracking details.


💳 Payments

Q9. What are your payment terms?

  • 30–50% advance to confirm order.
  • Balance before dispatch (for small orders) OR against documents (for bulk shipments).
  • For high-value contracts, Letter of Credit (LC) is accepted.

Q10. Which currencies and payment modes do you accept?
We accept payments in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, and AED. Payment modes include Bank Transfer (TT/SWIFT) and LC. For domestic Indian buyers, UPI/NEFT/RTGS are also available.


🛡️ Quality & Returns

Q11. How do you ensure product quality?
All products undergo pre-dispatch inspection. We also welcome third-party inspection agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas) if buyers want independent verification.

Q12. What if I receive damaged or defective goods?
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the damage. After verification, we provide a replacement, credit note, or partial refund, depending on the agreement.

Q13. Do you accept returns if products don’t sell in my market?
No, since goods are custom-produced and exported, unsold stock returns are not accepted.


🕒 Timelines

Q14. How long does production take?

  • Fabrics: 3–4 weeks (depending on order size).
  • Scarves/Stoles: 2–3 weeks.
  • Bulk orders (containers): 45–60 days.

Q15. Can you handle urgent orders?
Yes, we can prioritize urgent orders if advance payment and logistics are confirmed quickly. Express courier shipping can also be arranged.


📑 Documentation

Q16. What documents do you provide with every shipment?

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Phytosanitary/Fumigation Certificate (if required)
  • Any buyer-requested compliance docs (subject to availability)

🔗 Partnerships

Q17. Can I request private label or custom packaging?
Yes, we support custom branding, tags, and packaging on request. MOQ may apply depending on customization.

Q18. Which countries do you export to?
Currently UK, EU, USA, and Middle East, but we are open to new markets worldwide.
